Acquired in 1996, 110 Fifth Avenue stands as an historically significant office building. It was originally designed by Stanford White and is located in Manhattan’s Flatiron district.

The VIC
Located outside Portland, The Vancouver Innovation Center is a 700,000 square foot flex/light industrial building. It is part of a 179-acre mixed-use master plan development site in Vancouver, Washington.

Purchased in 1962 as one of the company’s early acquisitions in the US, 85 Fourth Avenue is a residential building with 7 stories and 158 rental units nestled in Manhattan’s East Village.
