The Rabina industrial portfolio includes more than 750,000 square feet in Florida, Massachusetts and North Carolina leased to tenants including Home Depot, Georgia Pacific and Cummins Engine. Rabina’s build-to-suit work includes a recently completed state-of-the-art fulfillment center constructed on the site of a shuttered jet engine plant for Amazon.
