The VIC is a 175-acre mixed-use development site, including an existing 700,000 SF light industrial/office campus, located 16 miles outside Portland, Oregon along the Columbia River.  Rabina, in partnership with New Blueprint Partners, purchased the VIC in 2020 and plan to implement a multi-million dollar repositioning program to transform the property into a best-in-class office/light industrial campus.  In addition to reimagining the existing campus, the partnership’s long-term plan includes developing additional office space, residential, and retail along a network of public pathways, parks, and common spaces, creating the ultimate 20-minute city.
